Throughout the month of January, the United States has experienced a record number of devastating and senseless mass shootings.
In response, Campus Ministry and Notre Dame Student Government invite the entire Notre Dame community to prayerfully remember and honor the victims killed by acts of hatred and gun violence in our country.
All are welcome to join together for a time of quiet prayer and reflection on Monday, January 30, from 7 to 7:30 p.m. in the Basilica of the Sacred Heart. Fr. Pete McCormick, C.S.C., Assistant Vice President for Campus Ministry, will preside and Margaret Pfeil, Ph.D., of Notre Dame's Theology Department and Center for Social Concerns, will provide words of reflection.
