Faith & Mental Health Small Group

What: This small group is a place to share our faith, including our doubts, challenges, and struggles, as it relates to the topic of mental health. Join us for five weeks to be in community, talk, and pray together, as we explore how faith speaks into our lived experience of mental health. The group is jointly led by a campus minister and an Anchor Intern.

This small group is not therapy or a support group (in the clinical sense of the term). If you are struggling with your mental health, we encourage you to speak to a counselor at the UCC or a member of campus ministry, who can connect you to the appropriate resources.
