LGBTQ Ministry

All Are Welcome

“As a body is one though it has many parts, and all the parts of the body, though many, are one body, so also Christ.” -St. Paul

Campus Ministry has had a presence to and with the LGBTQ community at Notre Dame for over twenty years. In recent years, Campus Ministry has committed more time and resources to better serve and be present to this community. All of us are part of God’s great plan; we are all necessary.

Pope Francis has been an example, in word and in action, of accompanying all people, no matter their sexual orientation and Campus Ministry hopes to follow this example by accompanying each and every student whom God sends to Notre Dame.

Campus Ministry hopes to help students explore how to be faithful to how God made them and to be faithful to the Church. In Catholic language, can one be a member of the LGBTQ community and a member of the Church? We believe so.
