In honor of the Feast of St. Francis of Assisi, all members of the Notre Dame community with a meal plan are invited to join us for a dinner celebrating the best of what the season has to offer. Look forward to local greens, apples, squashes, vegan options, and locally sourced meats. Choosing locally sourced food reduces the University’s carbon footprint by reducing shipping distances and supports our local economy. 40% of Campus Dining’s annual food purchases come from local sources.
Representatives from Pure Green Farms and North American Bison will be available to answer any questions in the North Dining Hall lobby throughout the dinner period.
