Confirmation Mass
On Sunday, April 29, 2018, at the 11:45 a.m. Mass in the Basilica, 33 students who have been formed through the Sacramental Preparation Processes at the University of Notre Dame, Holy Cross College, and Saint Mary's College will complete their initiation into the Catholic Church, with Bishop Kevin C. Rhoades of the Diocese of Fort Wayne-South Bend presiding. 25 baptized Catholic Christians will receive the Sacrament of Confirmation, and 8 other baptized Christians of other traditions will be received into Full Communion with the Catholic Church. Please join us in welcoming them into full, active, engaged participation in the life of our Catholic Christian community as disciples of the risen Lord Jesus!
