Islam Awareness Week: April 16-20
The Muslim Student Association of Notre Dame will host the annual Islam Awareness Week on campus from April 16-20, 2018 to raise awareness and remove misconceptions surrounding the world’s second largest faith group. During this five-day period, multiple issues will be highlighted which are the most common concerns in the modern day. This week is meant to parallel Islam in its goals of using peace and love to spread the message.

Saturday, April 14: Communities Against Islamophobia Training Session

- This event preceeds the week's events and offers an important opportunity for students.
- Training will take place from 12 p.m. to 3 p.m. in the CoMo lounge.

Monday, April 16: Hiab Day
MSA will distribute Hijabs at Fieldhouse Mall from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Wednesday, April 18: Quran Halaqah
Discuss passages from the Quran with Muslim students in the CoMo Saint Andre Room from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. Refreshments will be served.
Thursday, April 19: Interfaith Dialogue
Iron Sharpens Iron and the Jewish Student Association will gather for dialogue in the CoMo lounge from 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Refreshments will be served.
