Iron Sharpens Iron Retreat

Location: Camp Eberhart

This retreat’s theme is: “My Chains Are Gone”. We often find ourselves chained down by things we just can’t seem to let go of. When we refuse to loosen our grip on whatever luggage we’re constantly carrying around, it’s impossible to truly give our lives up to God. All of this luggage we carry around while seeking consistency or stability in our lives distracts us and keeps us from standing up and running toward Christ. Stop lugging around your luggage! Ask God to break your chains and let loose. So, we are super, super eager for the first weekend of February, where we’ll use our time specifically to let loose in our worship, in our reflections, in our fellowship, and in our relationship with Christ. Leggo.

Here is an application form. Please bring it to ISI at 10pm, Thursday, Jan 19 or to the Campus Ministry Office (1st floor, CoMo) anytime by Friday, Jan 20. (Keep in mind that there is only one ISI Thursday before the retreat because of Christian Unity Week!) Please email or if you have any questions or concerns.

Regardless of whether you’re an active member of ISI or this is the first ISI email you’ve ever opened, we hope you’ll choose to join us for this weekend.
