Sr. Mary Lynch
Director of Silent Retreats
Sister Mary is a Sister of Saint Joseph from Philadelphia. She is in her eighth year as Rector of McGlinn Hall and serves as a spiritual director to both students and staff. Sister Mary is the coordinator for the Silent Directed Retreats offered through the Office of Campus Ministry.
Sister Mary has a master’s degree from Notre Dame in theology and liturgical studies as well as a master’s degree in holistic spirituality and spiritual direction from Chestnut Hill College in Philadelphia. She has taught middle school math, high school theology and served as a campus minister at the University of North Carolina, North Carolina State University and Princeton University.
She enjoys watching sports and doing Sudoku puzzles, especially the 16×16s.
